Blueberry cheese pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1/4 c
- can blueberry pie filling - 1 item
- graham crackers, crushed - 16 item
How to make blueberry cheese pie:
Mix crackers, margarine and sugar well. Pat into 9 x 9-inch pan. Beat eggs well. Add cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Spread on cracker crust. Bake at 325° for 20 minutes. Cool.
