Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 2 c
- dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- celery salt - 1/2 tsp
- Bleu cheese, crumbled - 4 oz
How to make bleu cheese salad dressing:
Combine oil, mustard, salt and sugar in the container of a blender. Blend on high for a few seconds. Add onion, vinegar, egg, garlic, Parmesan, oregano and celery salt and blend again. Stir in Bleu cheese. Pour into a jar with a cover and refrigerate. Keeps about 2 weeks.Recipe categories: Salads, Cheese, Salad dressings.
