Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- 2 oz - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- olive oil - 1 c
- grated onion
- fresh ground pepper - 1/8 tsp
How to make bleu cheese dressing:
Combine vinegar, salt, pepper, Worcestershire and onion. Gradually whisk olive oil in, then mayonnaise and cheese. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Salads, Cheese, Salad dressings.
