How to make black walnut pound cake:

Cream butter, sugar and flour, leaving enough flour to dust walnuts. Add eggs, one at a time, and beat on medium speed. Fold in walnuts. Put in tube pan. Put in cold oven. Bake 3 hours at 250°.
