Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- egg - 1 item
- sugar - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- pkg - 6 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sifted flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make black bottom cups:
Combine cream cheese, egg, sugar and 1/3 teaspoon salt. Beat well and add chocolate chips. Set aside.Sift together flour, sugar, soda, cocoa and salt. Add and beat well the water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Fill paper muffin cups 1/3 full of batter. Top each with heaping cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
