Chocolate surprise cupcakes

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cream cheese
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• pkg - 6 oz
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• water - 2 c
• oil - 2/3 c
• soda - 2 tsp
• cocoa - 1/2 c
• egg - 1 item
• vinegar - 2 Tbsp

How to make chocolate surprise cupcakes:

Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 egg1/2 c. sugar1/4 tsp. salt6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and soda. Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full.

Filling: Mix together cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt until fluffy. Add chocolate chips to cream cheese mixture. Drop 1 heaping teaspoon into each cupcake mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Cool, then ice.
