Black bottom cupcakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/4 c
- white vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
In small bowl, beat first 4 ingredients until creamy, then add chocolate chips. In large bowl, sift dry ingredients. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well. Spray miniature cupcake tins with nonstick spray (Pam) and line with miniature paper cups. Spray cups. Fill halfway with chocolate batter. Put a heaping teaspoon of cream cheese mixture into center.
