Black bottom cupcakes
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- chocolate chips - 6 oz
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- cocoa powder - 1/4 c
- flour all-purpose
How to make black bottom cupcakes:
Cream together cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/8 teaspoon salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Set aside. Sift flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well. Place second mixture on bottom of cupcake liners. Drop large spoonful of cream cheese filling on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
