Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/4 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- semi-sweet chocolate - 3/4 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2/3 c
- cream cheese, softened
How to make black and white cheesecake brownies:
Cheesecake Topping:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. butter, softened2 eggs2 Tbsp. milk1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour1/2 tsp. almond extract3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate Brownie Base: Preheat oven to 350°. Melt 1 1/4 cups chocolate morsels over hot (not boiling) water. Set aside. In large bowl, combine sugar and butter; beat until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla extract and salt; mix well. Mix in chocolate and flour. Spread into foil-lined 9-inch square baking pan.Cheesecake Topping: In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and butter; beat until creamy. Add eggs, milk, flour and almond extract. Beat well. Stir in remaining 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Pour over brownie base. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool and cut into 2 1/4-inch squares.
