Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 6 tsp
• salt
• flour - 9 c
• shortening
• cream of tartar - 2 tsp
• plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
• plus 2 tsp - 1/3 c

How to make biscuit mix:

The day you want to use, add milk. Roll out with flour. I use milk with a little vinegar.
