- nonfat dry milk - 1 c
- self-rising flour, sifted - 8 c

How to make biscuit mix:
Sift dry ingredients together. Cut into shortening until it resembles a coarse corn meal. Store loosely in airtight container.Biscuits (Makes 6 to 8):1 c. mix1/3 c. water Combine to form a soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead. Shape into biscuits.
