Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 8 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 8 c
  • butter - 1/2 lb
  • almonds, chopped - 2 lb
  • anise - 4 Tbsp
  • vanilla or almond extract - 1 Tbsp

How to make biscotti:

Mix all ingredients together and knead. Bake at 350° until firm. Let cool for 10 minutes. Slice and rebake on ungreased cookie sheet.
