Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- eggs - 8 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 8 c
- butter - 1/2 lb
- almonds, chopped - 2 lb
- anise - 4 Tbsp
- vanilla or almond extract - 1 Tbsp
How to make biscotti:
Mix all ingredients together and knead. Bake at 350° until firm. Let cool for 10 minutes. Slice and rebake on ungreased cookie sheet.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Biscotti.
