Ingredients/Components

  • Dash of Salt - 1 item
  • Cups Self-Rising Flour - 3 item
  • to 3/4 Cup Sugar - 1/2 item
  • Can Beer Bud Light works best - 1 item

How to make beer bread:

Mix all ingredients. Place in greased and floured baking dish.

Bake 325 degrees for 50 minutes; check at 45 minutes.

When done, spread butter over bread and cover. Bread is best when eaten while still warm. It has a wonderful yeast taste.
