Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter or oleo - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
- small can mushrooms optional - 1 item
- sour cream or 1 can canned milk - 1 c
How to make beef stroganoff:
Brown chuck and onion. Add mushrooms and remaining ingredients in order given. Stir thoroughly and simmer. Cover for 15 minutes. Serve over hot cooked noodles.Note: One pound round steak may be used in place of the chuck. I used canned milk.
