Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 2
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • minced onion - 2 Tbsp
  • minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
  • beef bouillon cube - 1 item
  • round steak - 1 1
  • small can mushrooms, drained - 1 item

How to make beef stroganoff:

Salt steak. Cut steak into bite size cubes. Flour cubes and brown in melted butter. Add garlic, onion and mushrooms. Brown slightly. Add pepper. Dissolve bouillon in water and add to mixture. Simmer until tender, about 1 hour. Shortly before servi
