Beef stroganoff
Ingredients/Components
- round steak - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- flour - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 4 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 4 item
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- rice or noodles - 1 item
- sour cream - 4 c
- chives - 2 Tbsp
- onion - 1 item
How to make beef stroganoff:
Cut steak into bite-size pieces, making sure to cut all fat off. Tenderize, salt, pepper and flour meat. Brown the meat and 1/2 of onion, chopped. Drain off grease. Combine soups and sour cream; add to mixture. Mix chives and parsley flakes into mixture and heat slowly for an hour (or longer, if needed). It can simmer several hours without hurting it.
