Baked chicken supreme
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 pt
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- boneless whole chicken breasts, skinned - 8 item
- Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix, crushed fine - 1/2 pkg
How to make baked chicken supreme:
Mix sour cream and seasonings. Coat chicken breasts with mixture and place in buttered glass baking dish. Marinate, covered, in refrigerator overnight or at least 8 hours. Sprinkle thoroughly with crushed stuffing mix. Drizzle with melted margarine. Bake, covered, 45 minutes at 350°.
