  • chopped onions - 1 item
  • can corn, drained - 1 item
  • potatoes - 1 item
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • carrots, sliced - 1 item
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
  • beef stew meat - 2 lb
  • can peas, drained - 1 item
  • cans cream of mushroom soup, thinned with 1/2 can water - 2 item

How to make beef stew:

Mix all ingredients together in pot or roaster pan. Put in oven at 275°, covered. Cook for 5 hours. Stir every hour.
