Ingredients/Components
- can corn, drained - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 lb
- carrots, sliced - 4 item
- potatoes, cubed - 4 item
- can peas, drained - 1 item
- corn bread mix - 1 pkg
- cans onion soup - 2 item
How to make hamburger casserole:
Brown hamburger and drain off grease. Add prepared vegetables (salt and pepper to taste). Cover with soup. Top with prepared corn bread mix and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes, at 350° or until vegetables are tender.
