- potatoes - 4 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onions - 2 item
- Accent - 1 item
- fresh string beans - 3/4 1
- season to taste - 1 item
- glass water - 1 item
- can mushroom gravy - 1 item
- beef cubes, lean
How to make beef stew:
Dice or chop onion, brown. Brown beef cubes on very high flame. Add Accent (pinch), salt and pepper after meat is brown all over. Add water to cover meat. Add carrots diced in large pieces; add string beans cut in half. Add potatoes, diced; season to taste. Add mushroom gravy 1/2 hour to 3/4 hour later.
