Ingredients/Components
- thin breakfast steaks - 1 item
- bacon slices - 1 item
- onion slices - 1 item
- beef bouillon - 8 oz
- can mushrooms - 1 item
How to make pigs in blankets:
Wrap each breakfast steak (very thin) around a slice of bacon and a slice of onion. Secure with toothpick. Pour beef bouillon over. Cook in crock-pot or simmer over low heat until steaks are fork-tender. Thicken gravy and add mushrooms. Serve with mashed potatoes.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, 5 ingredients or less, Main dish.
