Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup
- can Coca-Cola - 12 oz
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- beef roast - 4 lb
How to make beef roast:
Put beef roast in roaster. Blend Coca-Cola and mushroom soup; pour over roast. Sprinkle with onion soup. Bake at 300° for 4 1/2 to 5 hours or until nice and tender.Before serving, pour off juices and heat in saucepan. Add flour to thicken to desired consistency. Serve hot beef roast with gravy.
