  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • honey - 1/3 c
  • salad oil - 1 c
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • grated onion - 1 tsp
  • white vinegar - 1/3 c
  • celery seed * - 1 tsp

How to make celery seed dressing:

*Poppy seed substitutes nicely for celery seed. Blend all ingredients except oil with an electric mixer. Add oil last in a slow stream while blending. Continue beating until dressing thickens slightly. Yields 2 cups.
