Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- raw rice - 1/2 c
- Wesson oil - 2 Tbsp
How to make beef porcupines:
Mix beef, rice, onions and seasonings. Form into small balls. Fry in hot Wesson oil, turning frequently until light brown, but not crusty on all sides. Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
