Ingredients/Components
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- wine optional - 1/2 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- stewing beef or 4 lb - 4 lb
How to make beef burgundy:
Cut beef into chunks and put into roaster (small). Add soups; do not brown beef. Bake at 300° for 3 hours, covered. Serve over noodles or rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
