Ingredients/Components
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms - 4 c
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- cans cream of celery soup - 2 item
- round steak, cubed - 4 lb
- red burgundy wine - 1 c
How to make beef burgundy:
Marinate meat in wine for 1/2 hour at room temperature. In 5-quart casserole, mix remaining ingredients and add meat mixture. Bake at 275° for 4 hours. Serve over egg noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
