  • melted margarine - 1/4 c
  • soy sauce - 1/3 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • whole chicken, cut up or 4 to 6 pieces of your favorite chicken - 1 item
  • large can crushed pineapple and its juice - 1 item

How to make pineapple chicken:

Boil chicken and drain. Layer chicken in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake at 400° for 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly.
