How to make bean soup:
Bring water and ham to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add beans and simmer 1 hour. Stir in potatoes and all else. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with warm cheese bread.Recipe categories: For large groups, Soups & stews, Beans.
