Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- medium green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- can black beans, drained - 1 item
- c sugar - 1/2 item
- c olive oil - 1/2 item
- can chick peas, rinsed and drained - 1 item
- cans 15 oz green beans, drained - 2 item
- Add dressing and let set overnight in refrigerator
How to make bean salad:
Combine all vegetables and toss well. Add dressing and let set overnight in refrigerator. Serve chilled.Dressing:1 c cider vinegar1/2 c olive oil1/2 c sugar salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over beans.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, Chickpeas/garbanzos.
