Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- bell pepper - 1 item
- celery - 1 item
- onions - 1 item
- can English peas, drained - 1 item
- can French-style green beans, drained - 1 item
- can Shoepeg corn, drained - 1 item
- small jar pimento - 1 item
How to make bean salad:
Chop onions, bell pepper and celery. Add to the drained vegetables. Mix sugar, vinegar, salad oil, salt and pepper together; pour over the vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, Chickpeas/garbanzos.
