Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- can green beans - 1 item
- white vinegar - 2/3 c
- can kidney beans - 1 item
- can wax beans - 1 item
How to make bean salad:
Mix ingredients and pour over beans. Marinate overnight. Keeps several weeks in refrigerator.Note: Chickpeas can be substituted for kidney beans.
