Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 2 tsp
- bun per person - 1/2 item
- soft butter for each 1/2 bun - 2 tsp
- beans or enough to cover bun - 2 Tbsp
- grated cheese for each bun - 1 Tbsp
- pieces bacon or 1 cut in half - 2 item
How to make bean burgers:
Spread each 1/2 bun with butter, cover with beans and sprinkle with onion and cheese. Top with strips of bacon. Broil about 4-inches from flame until bacon is crisp.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Beans.
