Barbecued salmon
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- bay leaf, crumbled - 1/2 item
- slices bacon - 4 item
- canned tomatoes
- minced garlic clove - 1 item
- salmon - 2 lb
- chopped peppers - 1/2 c
How to make barbecued salmon:
Place bacon in bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper; lay on top of bacon. Saute garlic, onion and green peppers together for 3 minutes in hot oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over salmon. Bake in a 400° preheated oven for 30 minutes, basting often.
