Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- water - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 2 3
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 3 Tbsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- catsup - 1/2 c
- minced onion - 1 item
- to 10 pork chops - 6 item
How to make barbecued pork chops:
Mix all but chops; simmer for 15 minutes. Pour over chops; refrigerate for several hours. Baste and barbecue. Bake in oven for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Southern u.s..
