Barbecued meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- oatmeal - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- ketchup
- hamburger - 3 lb
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- cracker crumbs - 1 c
- liquid smoke - 1/2 tsp
How to make barbecued meatballs:
Sauce:2 c. ketchup1 c. brown sugar1/2 tsp. liquid smoke1/2 tsp. garlic powder1/4 c. chopped onion Meatballs: Mix all ingredients (will be sticky). Shape into small meatballs. Place on cookie sheets. Allow to freeze until solid. Place in bags.Sauce: Mix together.
Place meatballs in pan. Pour on sauce. Best if cooked in crock-pot at 350° for 1 to 4 hours. The longer they cook in crock-pot, the better.
