- salad oil - 4 Tbsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- fish steaks 1-inch thick
How to make barbecued fish:
Combine lemon juice and salad oil; pour over fish steaks in shallow pan. Let stand 30 minutes, turning once or twice. Broil on grill close to heat for about 3 minutes on each side. Serve with lemon.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Seafood.
