- lime juice - 8 oz
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 6 oz
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Tabasco sauce - 2 Tbsp
- can pineapple juice - 1 oz
- ribs - 30 lb
- bottles barbecue sauce - 2 item
How to make barbecue ribs:
The secret to good ribs is long, slow cooking. Grill ribs with coals as low as possible, gray. While ribs cook, mix remaining ingredients for basting sauce.
