Ingredients/Components
- short ribs - 1 item
- brown sugar - 1/4 1/2
- soy sauce, lemon juice and vinegar to taste - 1 item
- small tomato sauce - 1 item
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make barbecue ribs:
Trim off fat; bake ribs 2 1/2 hours at 275°. Pour off fat and pour sauce over ribs. Cook 1/2 hour more.For spareribs, line pan with foil; put ribs in and pour sauce over. Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 2 hours.
