Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 tsp
- lemon juice
- Worcestershire sauce - 4 tsp
- catsup - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- medium pork chops - 4 item
How to make barbecue pork chops:
Place chops in baking pan. Pour lemon juice on both sides and top with sliced onions. Sprinkle with sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Top with catsup. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 375°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
