Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- egg whites - 2 item
- pecan halves - 3 4
How to make pecan puffs:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in pecan halves with a spoon. Drop one by one on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
