Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- pecans - 1 c
- stick melted butter - 1 item
- large carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- cans crushed pineapple, drained - 2 item
- to 4 bananas, sliced - 3 item
- graham crackers - 2 c
- jar cherries, chopped - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix together 1 stick melted butter and graham crackers to make crust. Pat into 13 x 9-inch pan. Mix powdered sugar, 2 sticks margarine and 2 eggs with beaters for 15 minutes. Pour over crust. Slice bananas over this. Pour 2 cans crushed pineapple over bananas. Spread on large carton of Cool Whip over pineapple. Sprinkle with 1 cup pecans and top with cherries.
