- chopped dates - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- Ritz crackers - 1 pkg

- vanilla - 1 tsp
How to make ritz cracker cookies:
Topping:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar1 tsp. vanilla pinch of salt Boil can of Eagle Brand milk to soft ball stage. Stir constantly. Remove from heat and add dates, pecans and pinch of salt. Spread mixture on Ritz crackers and bake in preheated 250° oven for 5 minutes.
