- can crushed pineapple - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- Cool Whip - 1 (9
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- graham cracker crust - 2 c
- large cream cheese - 1 item
- ripe bananas - 4 item
- stick soft butter - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Melt 1 stick of butter and mix 2 cups graham cracker crumbs. Press on bottom of large pan (11 x 13-inch). Beat 1 stick of soft butter, 1 large cream cheese for about 10 minutes. Add 2 cups of powdered sugar. Mix well. Pour over crust. Slice and dice 4 ripe bananas over this mixture.Drain 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple and spread pineapple over bananas. Spread 1 (9-ounce) Cool Whip over this. Sprinkle chopped nuts. Decorate with maraschino cherries. Chill. Serve in squares.
