Ingredients/Components

  • sticks oleo - 3 item
  • graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • bananas - 4 item
  • Cool Whip - 12 oz
  • cut up cherries - 1/2 c
  • chopped nuts - 3/4 c

How to make banana split cake:

Melt 1 stick of oleo. Add graham cracker crumbs. Mix together. Press in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes (cool).

Take 2 sticks of oleo, powdered sugar and eggs, beat at high speed for 5 minutes. Spread on top of crumbs.

Slice bananas on top. Pour drained pineapple over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with chopped cherries and nuts.
