Banana split cake
Ingredients/Components
- sticks oleo - 3 item
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- bananas - 4 item
- Cool Whip - 12 oz
- cut up cherries - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 3/4 c
How to make banana split cake:
Melt 1 stick of oleo. Add graham cracker crumbs. Mix together. Press in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes (cool).Take 2 sticks of oleo, powdered sugar and eggs, beat at high speed for 5 minutes. Spread on top of crumbs.
Slice bananas on top. Pour drained pineapple over bananas. Spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with chopped cherries and nuts.
