Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- bananas - 5 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- cans crushed pineapple - 2 oz
- chopped nuts and canned cherries - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick margarine. Press into bottom of pan. Place in fridge.In large mixing bowl, place juice from crushed pineapple. Add margarine, eggs and sugar and whip at high until fluffy. Take prepared crumb lined pan and cover with drained pineapple. Spread whipped mixture over pineapple. Next add sliced bananas and Cool Whip. Decorate with nuts and cherries. Let set in fridge for 6 hours. Serve cold.
