Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- sugar - 1/2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- Cool Whip - 1 (12
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- sticks butter - 3 item
- to 6 bananas - 4 item
- large can pineapple - 1 item
How to make banana split cake:
Drain juice from crushed pineapple into shallow dish. Slice bananas and dip in pineapple juice.Layer 1: Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1 stick butter and 1/2 cup sugar together. Press into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Layer 2: Mix 2 sticks of butter, confectioners sugar and 2 eggs together. Beat until creamy. Spread on top of crust.
Spread drained pineapple on top of Layer 2. Layer bananas on top of pineapple. Spread Cool Whip on top of bananas. Decorate with cherries and nuts.
