Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- sticks margarine - 2 item
- nuts - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- can crushed pineapple, drained well - 1 oz
- large container whipped topping - 1 item
- sliced bananas - 3 5
- sliced maraschino cherries - 1/2 c
How to make banana split cake:
Mix 1 stick margarine and the crumbs. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Beat eggs, 2 sticks margarine and powdered sugar together for 15 minutes. Spread mixture over unbaked crumb mixture. Add sliced bananas and pineapple, then a layer of whipped topping. Sprinkle cherries and nuts over topping. Put in refrigerator overnight.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
