Banana pudding cake
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- mashed bananas - 1/4 c
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- butter pecan instant pudding mix - 1 pkg
How to make banana pudding cake:
Blend all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed and pulls away from sides of pan. Cool in pan 15 minutes; remove and cool on rack. Top with Sugar Glaze.Confectioners Sugar Glaze: Stir about 1 tablespoon hot milk or water into 1 cup sifted confectioners sugar.
