Banana pudding
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- box vanilla wafers - 1 item
- egg yolks save whites - 3 item
- to 5 ripe bananas - 4 item
How to make banana pudding:
Mix sugar and flour. Add egg yolks, milk, water, butter and vanilla. Cook on medium high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens. Crumble vanilla wafers onto bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Add sliced bananas on top of wafers. Pour pudding mixture on top of bananas. Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add 1/2 cup sugar until thick.
