- sugar - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- water - 2 plus
- baking powder
- all-purpose flour
- regular oats - 1/2 c
- regular oil - 1/3 c
- nut optional - 1/2 c
- bananas, mashed ripe - 2 item
How to make banana oatmeal bread:
Preheat oven to 350°. Spray loaf pan with Pam and coat with 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour. Mix all dry ingredients together. Combine rest of ingredients and stir until moist. Pour in loaf pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove and cool on rack.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Grains.
